I. Bidding description.

Our company won the tender to build part of the roadbed, bridge and culvert projects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, according to the construction schedule, the recent need for various types of steel about 800 tons, now decided to open tender procurement of the required steel.

II. Willing bidders should register and receive the tender documents (electronic version) before 17:00 on October 26, 2020.

III. The requirements for bidders.

1. General requirements

1.1 Registered in the People's Republic of China according to law, with legal personality, approved business scope covering the sale of steel, with experience in the supply of related materials production plants or suppliers.

1.2 Good supply performance and after-sales service capability of relevant materials in engineering construction projects.

1.3 No contract termination, dispute, controversy, arbitration and litigation records caused by breach of contract in the past three years.

1.4 Have the qualification of general taxpayer.

2. Special requirements

2.1 Steel procurement is limited to Baogang (Steel Union), JISCO, Longgang (Longmen/Hancheng), Shougang, Ninggang brand range, unlimited profiles, in line with national standards.

2.2 The manufacturer's production process and equipment must meet the relevant national regulations (hot-rolled ribbed bars meet GB1499.2-2018, hot-rolled bright round bars meet the provisions of GB1499.1-2017); have the necessary professional and technical capabilities, and have obtained production licenses and product quality test reports issued by qualified testing institutions at the provincial and ministerial level or above in the past two years.

IV. Bidders are required to submit RMB 50,000 yuan (¥ 50,000 yuan) as the bid deposit when sending the bid documents, and the deposit will be paid to the following account before 10:00 on October 27, 2020.

IX. Payment method.

The tenderer and the successful bidder sign the purchase and sale contract after locking the price, the successful bidder to start stock and must ensure the supply of the contract quantity, the goods to the tenderer site acceptance after payment to 90% of the arrival amount, the remaining 10% of the purchase price without quality problems in the next month a one-time payment, the successful bidder must be issued before the 20th of each month the full amount of delivery of special VAT invoices (tax rate 13%).
