China Highway and Transportation Society (Hereinafter referred to as CHTS  ) hold the 9th National Congress of Members in Beijing. The congress heard and examined and adopted the work report, financial report, society supervisor's work report of the eighth council and “China Highway and Transportation Society Constitution (revision draft)” “China Highway and Transportation Society Fee Standards”. The meeting was elected the ninth council leader agency, 60 executive members of the council, 178 directors and the first supervisor and supervisor meeting chairman.
